Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Open the beer can and take a few sips (or pour out about ¼ of the beer).
Place the beer can in the cavity of the chicken and set it upright on the grill.
Grill the chicken for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Carefully remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
