- 2 cups Black Beans cooked
- 1 cup Corn cooked
- 1 cup Salsa
- 4 Tortillas large
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the black beans and corn, and cook until heated through.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
4. Spoon the bean and corn mixture onto each tortilla.
5. Add salsa and shredded cheese on top.
6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
