  • 1 cup Corn cooked
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 Tortillas large
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the black beans and corn, and cook until heated through.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. 4. Spoon the bean and corn mixture onto each tortilla.
  5. 5. Add salsa and shredded cheese on top.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
