Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Bones preferably with marrow
- 1 Onion quartered
- 2 cloves Garlic smashed
- 2 Carrots chopped
- 2 Celery Stalks chopped
- 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- Water enough to cover
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place bones on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
2. Transfer bones to a large pot. Add onion, garlic, carrots, celery, apple cider vinegar, and salt.
3. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-24 hours.
4. Strain the broth through a fine-mesh strainer. Discard solids.
5. Let broth cool and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
