- 4 lb Corned Beef Brisket
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 Large Onion, chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
- 2 Bay Leaves
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Place the corned beef brisket in a Dutch oven. Add the beef broth, onion, garlic, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and bay leaves.
3. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Cover and transfer to the preheated oven.
4. Braise for about 4 hours, or until the meat is tender.
5. Remove the brisket from the pot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
