A simple and delicious Mediterranean-style branzino recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 whole branzino, cleaned and scaled
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the branzino and pat dry with paper towels.
Place the fish on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices and rosemary sprigs.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
