Breaded and Fried Scallops Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Scallops fresh or thawed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
2. Season the scallops with salt and black pepper.
3. Dredge each scallop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Fry the scallops for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove the scallops from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
