Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs seasoned
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  5. Coat each pork chop in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the breaded pork chops on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and golden brown.
