- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
4. In a third bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
5. Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the bread crumb mixture.
6. Fry the pork chops in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
