Ingredients

  • 2 kg Lamb Leg bone-in
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rub the lamb with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and broil for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (165°C) and roast the lamb for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
