- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven's broiler and place the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
Brush the pork chops with olive oil on both sides.
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the pork chops on a broiler pan.
Broil the pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
