  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your broiler.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the scallops.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss scallops in the mixture.
  5. Place scallops on a broiler pan.
  6. Broil for 5-7 minutes until opaque.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
