Broiled Scallops with Chanterelles

- 1 lb Scallops fresh
- 8 oz Chanterelle mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Preheat the broiler.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chanterelles, cook until tender.
Season scallops with salt and pepper. Place on a broiler pan and broil for 5-6 minutes, turning once.
Combine scallops with chanterelles, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with parsley.
