  • 1 lb Scallops fresh
  • 8 oz Chanterelle mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chanterelles, cook until tender.
  3. Season scallops with salt and pepper. Place on a broiler pan and broil for 5-6 minutes, turning once.
  4. Combine scallops with chanterelles, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with parsley.
