Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb Pork, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Lima beans
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the shredded chicken and pork to the pot.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
  4. 4. Stir in the corn, lima beans, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
