  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Top each slice with shredded cheddar cheese, followed by the buffalo chicken mixture.
  5. 5. Add more cheese on top of the chicken, then place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
