- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Butter, softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add a layer of shredded cheese, then the Buffalo chicken mixture, and another layer of cheese.
5. Top with another slice of bread, butter side up.
6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
