  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo or Barbeque Sauce
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and shredded chicken.
  2. 2. Add the buffalo or barbeque sauce to the mixture and stir well.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Place a portion of the chicken and rice mixture onto each tortilla.
