- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Buffalo or Barbeque Sauce
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and shredded chicken.
2. Add the buffalo or barbeque sauce to the mixture and stir well.
3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Place a portion of the chicken and rice mixture onto each tortilla.
5. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
6. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
