Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ cup Pear, grated optional
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, grated pear (if using), and black pepper.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef slices until they are fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
