Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 cups Corned Beef cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the chopped cabbage and cook until slightly softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the shredded corned beef and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes, then serve hot.
