Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 small Cabbage chopped
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
