Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, and Cajun seasoning.
Add beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
Form mixture into patties.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
