Ingredients 

Crab Cakes

  • 1 lb Crab Meat picked over for shells
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, and Cajun seasoning.
  2. Add beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into patties.
  4. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
