- 4 pork chops
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples and cook until tender.
Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbly.
Place pork chops in a baking dish. Pour apple mixture over chops.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
