  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Soak cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  4. Place soaked cedar plank on grill and heat for 3 minutes. Flip the plank and place salmon fillets on top.
  5. Grill salmon for 15-20 minutes, until fully cooked.
