Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Soak cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Place soaked cedar plank on grill and heat for 3 minutes. Flip the plank and place salmon fillets on top.
Grill salmon for 15-20 minutes, until fully cooked.
