  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

  1. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon on the soaked cedar plank and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Grill the salmon on the cedar plank for 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
