Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh fish (like tilapia or sea bass), diced
- 1 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced fish and lime juice. Make sure the fish is fully submerged in the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2. Add the chopped red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Gently fold in the diced avocado. Season with salt to taste.
4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or on its own.
