- 12 Fresh oysters shucked
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place shucked oysters on the grill. Spoon the butter mixture over each oyster.
Grill for about 5-7 minutes, until the oysters are cooked through and the topping is bubbly and golden.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
