  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 6 French Rolls
  • 1 cup Giardiniera

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.

  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  4. 4. Shred the beef using two forks.
