  • 1 unit Pizza dough
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce over the dough.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onion slices.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle dried thyme over the top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
