Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast diced
- 4 Potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
4. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
