- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, and frozen peas. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
