- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Place the provolone cheese slices over the chicken and vegetable mixture, and let it melt.
