- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Corn kernels
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Add flour and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Add milk, chicken, and corn. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
