Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
3. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
4. Coat each patty with flour and fry until golden brown on both sides.
5. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
