- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become golden brown.
4. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
5. Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
