Chicken Milanesa Torta

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs, beaten
- ½ cup Flour
- 4 units Bolillo rolls, sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 unit Tomato, sliced
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 unit Avocado, sliced
1. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Spread mayonnaise on each side of the bolillo rolls.
5. Assemble the tortas with fried chicken, lettuce, tomato, and avocado slices.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
