Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
