- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Olive oil for frying
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
