Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Egg Noodles
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add shredded chicken and egg noodles. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
