Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 4 pieces Sub Rolls
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and then dredge in breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Place the cooked chicken breasts on a baking sheet, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Place each chicken breast in a sub roll and serve hot.
