Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 4 pieces Sub Rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and then dredge in breadcrumbs.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
Place the cooked chicken breasts on a baking sheet, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Place each chicken breast in a sub roll and serve hot.
