Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  6. Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
