Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken breast slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Add green bell pepper and onion slices to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place a slice of provolone cheese over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Allow the cheese to melt.
Toast the hoagie rolls in the oven or on a skillet until lightly browned.
Fill each hoagie roll with the chicken, vegetable, and cheese mixture. Serve hot.
