Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breast slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add green bell pepper and onion slices to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place a slice of provolone cheese over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Allow the cheese to melt.
  6. Toast the hoagie rolls in the oven or on a skillet until lightly browned.
  7. Fill each hoagie roll with the chicken, vegetable, and cheese mixture. Serve hot.
