Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
- 2 packs Ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 2 cups Spinach fresh
- 2 pcs Eggs soft boiled
- 1 cup Green onions sliced
1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
3. Add ramen noodles, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
5. Serve in bowls, topped with soft boiled eggs and green onions.
