Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
- 2 packs Ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
- 2 cups Spinach fresh
- 2 pieces Boiled eggs halved
- 1 stalk Green onion sliced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
2. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
3. Add chicken slices and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
4. In another pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. Add cooked noodles to the broth, then add spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
6. Serve ramen in bowls, topped with boiled eggs, green onions, salt, and pepper to taste.
