- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery, chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 4 Large tortillas
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken salad mixture onto each one.
4. Roll up the tortillas and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.
