Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, and coconut milk.
  2. 2. Add chicken strips to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated chicken strips onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
