Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 large Carrots sliced
  • 1 large Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
