Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
