Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
