Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 12 pieces Corn tortillas
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until pliable.
Place a small amount of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll tightly.
Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with vegetable oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
