Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 12 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until pliable.
  4. Place a small amount of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with vegetable oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
