Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 200 grams Udon noodles
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Pour in chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add udon noodles, carrots, and soy sauce. Cook until noodles are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in shredded chicken and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
