Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 cup Frozen peas

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the shredded chicken, salt, pepper, and thyme. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the frozen peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
