Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 400 g Canned Tomatoes
- 400 g Canned Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the canned tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
