Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 400 g Canned Tomatoes
  • 400 g Canned Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the canned tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
