Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
4. Add the kidney beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
